Concept Design
WEEKS 2 – 4
Our design team develops a full interior concept tailored to your brief — space plans, 3D visualisations, material palettes, lighting schemes, and furniture direction. We present in a formal design review, refine based on feedback, and obtain sign-off before proceeding.

Authority & Technical Planning
WEEKS 5 – 8
Simultaneously with design development, our approvals team prepares and submits all required documentation to Dubai Municipality, building management, and any relevant free-zone authority. We manage the entire NOC and permit process so you never deal with government paperwork.

Fit-Out & Execution
WEEKS 9 – 24
Our in-house project management team oversees every day of the build. Weekly progress reports, photo updates, and dedicated WhatsApp communication keep you informed without overwhelming you. We maintain a clean site and adhere rigorously to the agreed schedule.

Handover
FINAL WEEK
We conduct a thorough snagging inspection before presenting the space to you. Any outstanding items are rectified within 48 hours. You receive a full handover pack including warranties, maintenance guides, and as-built drawings. Your 12-month workmanship warranty begins at handover.
